Or just simply relax & grab some fresh coconut from the garden and enjoy your home away from home! Guest have private access to a beautiful hidden beach shared with neighboring estate. There is also a small gym on second flore of the villa which is free to use at anytime.

The villa is located in Orchid Bay Community on the north coast of Dominican Republic - where the best beaches are at!This area meets all the conditions that a person can dream of for a Caribbean vacation. Whether you prefer to sunbathe on white sandy beaches under coconut palm trees with year-round pleasant sea temperatures or enjoy the rhythm of Latino music or prefer sporting activities - horseback riding, surfing, beach volleyball, snorkeling, baseball or tennis, this is the place that you are looking for. 

Included in the rental price: housekeeping, laundry service, pool and garden maintenance, electricity, gas, water, security, TV & internet /Additional services available upon request/

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Payment schedule: 50 % upon reservation
50 % 4 weeks before arrival

Refundable security deposit: 1500 USD 2-5 nights
2500 USD 5-10 nights
3000 USD 10 & more nights

Late check-in/ early check-out available upon request with additional cost of 100 USD/ per hour
